Great service and communication. Made appt to service our Rinai tankless heater and had great scheduling, notifications of arrival and good assessment and work. Very conscientious technicians who took apart and cleaned our unit then waited while we ran and tested water. I would highly recommend their service for your tankless system.

Scott Harrison plumbing is great! I called and spoke with Shannon who promptly answered and got us scheduled to repair a Rennai heater. Jaymes came out as scheduled and examined the unit. After explaining the unit, cost estimate, he repaired the heater professionally. The work area was clean. I will recommend them for all residential and business repairs.

Have pride in their work and are friendly and efficient
What can I say but thank you! Alex and Bert did a fantastic job from the moment they pulled up to how they cleaned the area after the job and left making sure I was more than satisfied with the final product. Professional and patient, they were kind, even to my dog which barked at them a lot. Quality work is hard to come by these days, it’s nice to know I can rely on plumbers who have pride in their work and are friendly and efficient.

Bert and Alex were a great help and really are the best example of professionalism and did great quality work! Our fridge stopped working during this crazy pandemic and we had to toss all the food we just purchased out. We purchased a new one but we ran into a bit of a hold up with our old water valve. I was able to make the appointment very quickly! They emailed and called to let us know they were 30 minutes out. They wore masks, covered their shoes with shoe covers and explained everything very clearly what needed to be done. They finished up the job in the time frame they had said and even helped put the new fridge in place for us! Love this company, the employees, quality of work, and clear communication. Look no further, this is the company you should hire and our family will definitely be calling the company again in the future!
